Pallet Shipping – EUR and Industrial Pallets

Ship EUR and industrial pallets at fixed prices – with real-time tracking and reliable pickup.

Your freight forwarder for pallets — in Germany, Europe and Switzerland

A single euro pallet or thirty industrial pallets, collection from an industrial estate or from a workshop: as a freight forwarder we organise the run, you do not. We drive throughout Germany, to 23 European countries and beyond the EU border into Switzerland — where the customs papers are part of the job.

What the journey costs and how long it takes is settled before you book. You enter dimensions, weight and the two addresses, the calculator names price and transit time straight away, and the same run-through places the order. Pallet shipping starts at €65.

From then on it runs without you: the driver arrives on the agreed working day, we exchange pallets on request, and until the consignee signs, tracking shows where the goods currently are.

What does pallet shipping cost?

Two postcodes, the dimensions and the weight — that is all the calculator needs to name the amount and the delivery day. No registration, no waiting for a quote by email.

Three figures determine the price: the distance between pickup and delivery, the weight of the shipment and the space the pallets take up in the loading area. An industrial pallet stands on more floor space than a euro pallet and shows in the amount accordingly. Diesel and toll surcharges and basic insurance are already included; nothing is added afterwards.

What affects the price beyond that is your own decision: a shorter transit time, a fixed delivery date, a tail lift at an address without a loading dock, pallet exchange or extended transport insurance. Every one of these options appears in the calculator with its surcharge before you select it.

Route Shipment Standard transit Price from (net)
Hanover → Hamburg 1 euro pallet 1–2 business days from €75
Stuttgart → Munich 1 euro pallet 1–2 business days from €79
Nuremberg → Berlin 3 euro pallets 1–2 business days from €235
Germany → Vienna (Austria) 3 euro pallets 1–2 business days from €340
Germany → Basel (Switzerland) 1 euro pallet 2–3 business days from €169

Guide prices net per shipment, pickup included, plus VAT. For runs to Switzerland the customs declaration is included. The binding price is the one the calculator returns for your shipment.

Which pallets can you ship?

Half pallet, euro pallet, custom size: we accept whatever stands on a load carrier and can be moved with a pallet truck. A half pallet costs less than a full one — the calculator tells them apart.

Anything that overhangs the pallet edges, or does not sit on a load carrier at all, does not travel as pallet shipping but as Oversized Freight Transport.

Euro pallet

The euro pallet is the measure everything else lines up with: 120 × 80 cm footprint, 14.4 cm high, around 25 kg of its own. Because it is standardised it fits every vehicle in our network and can be unloaded anywhere without special equipment.

Whether it is one or thirty only changes the price, not the procedure. On request we exchange the pallets at pickup and at delivery — then no load carrier of yours goes missing.

120 cm 80 cm

One-way pallet

One-way pallets are not standardised, so all that counts is what fits in the vehicle. With us they may be up to 310 cm long and up to 120 cm wide — which covers window units, profiles and machine parts that will not go on a euro pallet.

It stays with the consignee; no return is planned for. With the long formats, make sure the goods are lashed down firmly: a custom size carries less stability of its own than an EPAL.

Your Benefits with Pallet Shipping

Booked in minutes

Two postcodes, dimensions, weight — the calculator asks for nothing more. No account, no quote request, no call back from a sales desk.

A price with nothing added later

The amount from the calculator is what the invoice says. Diesel and toll surcharges and basic insurance are already included.

Pickup is part of it

We come to you: collection on the agreed working day, at the loading dock or with a tail lift where there is none.

The pallet stays findable

From the moment we take it, the shipment runs under a tracking number — until the consignee signs.

Pallet shipping in Europe

Within Germany we reach every address — the industrial estate by the motorway as readily as the workshop in town. Across the border we run on fixed lines that operate daily, which is why the transit time is settled before you book.

The map shows the 23 countries for which prices and transit times are on file. Click a country to reach its page — with the standard transit time from Germany and guide prices for one and for three pallets.

For destinations outside the EU customs union, Switzerland among them, the customs declaration is part of the job. You neither appoint a customs agent nor fill in any papers yourself.
