5a. Own website analytics

In addition, we measure the use of this website with our own statistics, which run exclusively on our server in Germany. No data is passed on to third parties.

Without consent (anonymous): We record pages viewed, clicks on links and buttons, the referring page (e.g. search engine or ad), campaign parameters of the URL, device type and booking steps. Your IP address is only processed briefly in memory and is not stored; visits are distinguished by a daily changing, non-reversible check value and a random session ID that expires when the tab is closed. No cookies are set. Legal basis is our legitimate interest in improving our services (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and Section 25(2) TDDDG.

With consent (category "Analytics"): We additionally store a random visitor ID for 90 days in your browser's local storage (localStorage). This lets us recognise whether a visit belongs to an earlier visit, e.g. to determine through which channel you first found us. Legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 25(1) TDDDG). If you withdraw your consent via the cookie settings, the ID is deleted on the next page view.

Session recording (only with consent, category "Analytics"): To improve the usability of our website and in particular the price calculator, we record how the website is used – page layout, mouse movements, clicks, scrolling and page changes. Input fields containing personal details (e.g. name, company, street, e-mail, phone, references, billing data) are masked in your browser and are not transmitted. Only shipment details such as postcode and town of pickup and delivery, dimensions, weight, quantity, goods value, dates and selection fields remain visible. No recording takes place on pages containing personal data (shipment tracking, login, registration, customer support, damage claims, appointment booking, payment). Recordings are stored exclusively on our server in Germany, can only be viewed by authorised staff and are deleted automatically after 60 days. Legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 25(1) TDDDG); withdrawing consent stops the recording immediately.

Retention of statistics data: at most 14 months.

6. Google Ads Conversion Tracking

This website uses Google Ads conversion tracking (provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). If you reach our website via a Google Ads advert and complete a booking, this completed booking is reported to Google so that we can measure the success of our advertising.

Processing takes place exclusively on the basis of your consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR ("Marketing" category in the cookie banner). Without your consent, no conversion cookies are set.
