How NexCargo works

NexCargo is a digital freight forwarding platform rather than an operator of its own fleet. We schedule consignments across a network of vetted partner forwarders and carriers, choosing for each lane the operator that actually runs that route regularly. For you that means one contact, one price and one contract — instead of finding and negotiating with a separate forwarder for every route.

The difference from a traditional forwarder lies in the process. Conventionally every transport begins with an enquiry followed by a quotation, often only the next day. At NexCargo the price is in the calculator within two minutes, binding and without registration. Booking generates the freight documents automatically, a driver is scheduled, and you follow the consignment through a link your recipient can use as well.

The legal entity is NexCargo GmbH, based in Illschwang near Nuremberg and registered in the commercial register of Amberg District Court under HRB 7836. Full details of the management, VAT identification number and supervisory authority are set out in the imprint. For questions about consignments in transit, customer service is reachable by phone on business days from 8 am to 5 pm.

Transparency is part of the model. Prices are shown in full including collection, transport, delivery and statutory liability, with optional services listed separately rather than appearing later on the invoice. Consignment status is visible to you and your recipient through the same tracking link, without a login. Where something goes wrong, the route to a person is short: customer service works from the same consignment record you see, so there is no need to repeat the history.
