What services does NexCargo offer business customers?
In addition to standard transport, NexCargo offers business customers attractive discount models from 10 shipments per month, consolidated invoicing, API integration for automated bookings and personal key account management from 50 shipments per month.
From when are discounts available?
Special conditions can be arranged from 10 shipments per month. From 25 shipments you receive payment via consolidated invoice and seamless system integration. From 50 shipments, personal key account management is added.
Can I integrate NexCargo into my ERP system?
Yes, NexCargo offers a powerful REST API for integration with ERP systems (SAP, Navision, DATEV), shop systems (Shopify, WooCommerce, Shopware) and warehouse management systems (JTL-Wawi, Billbee, plentymarkets).
Is there a dedicated contact person?
From 50 shipments per month you receive a personal key account manager as a fixed contact. For all customers, our customer service is available Mon–Fri from 08:00–17:00 by phone and email.
How does shipping automation work?
Your system automatically passes shipping orders via the NexCargo API — without manual data entry. Price queries, bookings and tracking updates run fully automatically. This saves up to 80% of administrative time.
