What matters when arranging electronics shipping
Electronics rarely fail from impact — they fail from vibration sustained across the whole journey. Solder joints, connectors and hard drives are more sensitive to continuous oscillation than to a single hard knock. What works is decoupling: at least 10 cm of clearance to the carton wall on all six sides, ideally moulded foam inserts rather than loose chips.
